Movie or Book

I personally thought that The movie adaption of Harry Potter and the deathly Hollows was better than the book. Because the movie couldn't contain as much information as the book, they separated it out into two different films. This allowed for them to go into more detail in each part of the movie than other movies adapted from novels. Normally, a main complaint about these kind of movies is that they leave out important details to save time but this strategy remedies that. I also feel like the harry Potter universe allowed for some really creative visual effects adding to what the movie could do to compete with the book. It is always nice to be able to imagine the characters yourself when reading the novels but sometimes it is really neat to observe what someone else imagines how it happened. All the magic spells flying around let the creators put in a lot of cool effects. Some constraints about adapting a novel to a movie would be, time because movies take less time to watch than read a book, and money put into the creation. Anyone can sit down and write a book but movies take a lot of time and money to create.
