The internet personalities I followed on twitter are as follows: Mac Demarco, Jay Leno, Jimmy Fallon, Barrack Obama, Donald Trump, Clint Dempsey, Bruno Mars, Hans Zimmer, Ricardo Kaka, Rand Paul, and Cristiano Ronaldo. Mac Demarco is a singer songwriter who's laid back persona is evident in his songs. He uses Twitter mainly to promote shows or to converse with fans. This brand of a laid back guy seems genuine and is able tone seen in all of his aspects. Jay Leno uses his Twitter as a means to promote his show, Jay Leno's Garage, and to provide feedback with fans. This helps to solidify his brand as a charismatic show host. Jimmy Fallon uses Twitter in a very similar fashion to Jay Leno. He tweets a lot about his show and to share funny clips or links with his followers helping his brand as a comedian. Barrack Obama's Twitter has gone over big events that he was part of as a President. Now he uses his twitter to share things of importance with those that follow him. Donald Trump's Twitter is similar to Obama's in the fact that he tweets about political going ons. The brand he promotes is very different because he posts many things that get the public fired up and upset. This makes some people like him more for saying what he means and some people like him less for saying things they think shouldn't be said. Clint Dempsey is an soccer player on the U.S. national team. On his Twitter he mainly discusses soccer on his club team and national team. This promotes his brand as a soccer player. Ricardo Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo are also famous soccer players and use their Twitter's in the same way as Clint Dempsey. The main difference is that they both speak Portuguese with Kaka being from Brazil and Ronaldo being from Portugal. Bruno Mars uses his twitter to discuss and promote his music furthering his brand as a pop singer. Hans Zimmer discusses his music compositions and events he will attend to show his brand as a very successful composer. Rand Paul's Twitter is full of him tweeting links to news articles or talking about news in Congress. He promotes his brand of an activist for maintaining the Constitution by posting about any news relating to it.
